Hurricane "Beatriz"

Approaching the rainy season the country in recent days has been talking about the storms that may soon become a hurricane, an example is "Beatriz" until a few days was only a storm but this day has become hurricane.


Beatriz today became the second hurricane of the season in the Pacific off the Mexican coast, according to the National Weather Service (NWS), which has left damage in its wake and soon increased in intensity.


Beatriz reached peak winds of 120 mph, which became a category one hurricane on the Saffir Simpson scale, which goes to five. Located 140 kilometers southeast of Manzanillo in Colima, have taken action and people have been evacuated near the coast.


The system will impact land within the boundaries of the states of Colima and Jalisco to the morning of Tuesday June 21 about the classes will be suspended until further notice in order to prevent accidents and casualties.
