The PRI initiative in demand ALDF chemical castration for rapists has increased from 4 to 6 cases reported daily in the capital

MEXICO CITY, Mexico, June. 27, 2011 .- The local deputy of the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), Israel Betanzos, sued various committees of the Federal District Legislative Assembly (ALDF) dictate the initiative posed by chemical castration for rapists, given the increase of abuse sex.



In an interview he said that five years ago an average of four violations recorded daily in the capital, and today the number has risen to six, although the black figures could increase the incidence of crime up in 10 cases.
Betanzos Cortes said the chemical castration or "treatment of sexual offenders inhibition rises as a therapeutic option to end the crime that causes irreparable damage to the victims and their families.
