State police and suspected criminals faced death in the colony Elite Summit, reported a woman dead, two wounded and three arrested


MONTERREY, Mexico, June. 28, 2011 .- A confrontation between state police and alleged members of organized crime left a woman dead, two wounded and three arrested in Colonia Cumbres Elite, the northwest of the city, state officials said.
Around 3:00 am on Tuesday, military support to the state Public Safety Department patrolling the sector and the intersection of Summit and Forest Yucas Elite broke a shootout with suspected criminals.
After 20 minutes of shooting was reported the death of a woman and two men arrested, who were aboard a van Tahoe and Yukon were secured, and two long guns and cartridges business.

In the midst of a wide array of safety the wounded are treated in private hospitals, while the woman dead about 25 or 30 years, was taken to University Hospital amphitheater.
